Win-Win parenting Skills Programmes
The Programme was designed for literate and semi-literate parents and relies on mini-lectures supported by case studies, simulations, role plays, group discussion and demonstrations. This ensures relevant and lively parent training workshops.
Parents first attend the Basic Win-Win Parenting Skills Training programme which provides a wonderful platform for parents to learn the basics of effective and confident parenting. Thereafter they are able to attend age-related parent training workshops at which they learn how their child will develop in the next year of his/her life and the parenting skills they will need that year.

Parents are also reminded of the importance of their child getting a good education, reading daily, remaining at school until they matriculate, doing homework every day and being punctual and prepared for school each day.
Age related parenting skills training.
Our founder and CEO has converted the 12 books he wrote on parent training into parent training manuals, one for each year of a child’s life from 0 years to 11 years old as well as a manual for the parenting of teenagers.
You will be able to invite parents who have completed the Basic WWP programme to attend training annually to learn how their child will develop in the next year of his/her life, what to expect through that year and how to handle events and crises that their children will probably go through in that year.
National, regional or local parenting programmes
We can assist you launch national, regional, or local Win-Win practical parenting skills training programmes.
We provide train the trainer workshop materials and parent workshop manuals translated into the language of your choice to enable you to successfully mount programmes to train teachers from several schools, pastors or other members of the congregations of your churches, mosques or temples to present this Programme.
In South Africa Win-Win Parenting was launched as the SA National Parenting Skills Training Programme in 2010. It has been conducted by teachers for parents at nearly one thousand schools, by principals of nearly 100 early childhood development centres (state registered kindergartens), and by pastors at over 200 churches. In total it has been attended by parents of over 200,000 children.
This Programme has been translated into and presented in five languages.

All our programmes have been approved by an Educational Psychologist who, in his certificate, wrote “In all cases the notes are user-friendly and age-appropriate. The knowledge is presented in a clear and concise manner which painted a good picture of the developmental stages and which would enable parents to understand their children better.”
